2.02.2003 Added a privacy policy

2.01.2003 Changed the layout on the website. Removed the top navigation menu and moved it to the side. Removed list subscription menu from the index page and created a page for the mailing lists. Working on some simple graphics. Added some of the resource pages.

12.18.2002 Added a news feed to the website. There's still some tweaking on the topics that needs to be done. Not sure if people are going to find it useful yet. Guess we'll see!

11.30.2002 Added jobs@techlist.org webpage Added subscription form for TechList Monthly newsletter on the left hand navigation bar. This is a double opt in list.
